Blog Status
Real life is keeping me busy, so I really can’t update my blog as I would like to. As I have exams soon, it will affect my blogging, so updates will likley to occur later rather then sooner. But I’ll try to update this blog when ever I can get a free moment.

Cannan - Episode Eleven
I’ll keep the review for this episode short, due to my backlog pilling up. I thought that this episode of Cannan was very entertaining and interesting due to Liang Qi antics and seeing Liang Qi go one on one with Alphand. As Liang Qi and Hakko died in this episode, it makes the build up towards the remaining episodes of Cannan more interesting.

Anime Fall 09 Thoughts
With the Fall 09 season almost upon us, my thoughts are that there seems to be new anime shows that may or not cater to a wide variety of generes and people’s interests. The shows from Anime Fall 09 that perk my interest can be seen below:
Darker than Black: Comet of Gemini
Letter Bee
Kobato
Kimi no Todoke
Nogizaka Haruka no Himitsu: Purezza
Inuyasha Final Act
New Three Musketeers
Below is a parody pic of Phenix Wright involving Light and L from Death Note.

Cannan - Episode Ten
This episode of Cannan I thought was interesting, and that this episode dealt with the truth about the Factory being a facility to produce a clone Canaan. While blogging this episode I wasn’t in the blogging zone, so I’ll keep this episode review short and sweet. I really liked how the body count rose a little in this episode, and hopefully it means that it won’t be very long until the viewer sees Canaan go one on one, face to face with Liang Qi. I much I really want Liang Qi to own/pawn Canaan, but I can’t really seeing it happen, and the series having a good ending that way.
I will stick with my ending I think I made up in a previous episode review of this series or not, to see if I predicted the end correctly or not. Overall, I thought that this episode was okay, though there was nothing really good or bad about this episode.

Cannan - Episode 09
I thought that this episode started off on an interesting note, with Alphand revealing to Cummings that she wants to kill off Liang Qi. I thought that the scene of Hakko playing with YunYun’s face was an interesting moment, as I like the interaction between Hakko and YunYun. There needs to be more Hakko and YunYun moments in this series.
I thought that this episode showed some interesting character development with Canaan, as this episode showed Canaan the feeling of fighting without her synesthesia. I thought that the costume that the person wears while attacking Canaan in this episode really needs to be cosplayed, as it’s an interesting mask IMO (in my opinion). I thought that this episode was good is revealing that there are borners, and that there are unbloom(s), a failed borner.
As this episode has Canaan and company going to the village that where borners are created, I thought that this episode some interesting information about Hakko’s friend/companion/lover, while adding some interesting character development to Hakko in this episode. I thought it was interesting that Langley (CIA, USA) and Snakes joined forces to create the Ua Virus, under the project name of The Flower Garden Project.
I thought that the interaction between Alphand and Cummings in the helicopter was amusing, though it showed that Cummings is loyal to Liang Qi, despite constantly being shot with a BB gun in this series. I was finally glad to learn why Canaan has a tattoo on her left arm, and that Alphand’s colour is light brown, the same as Siam.
Overall, I thought that this episode started of a bit slow, though it got better as the episode played out. With Alphand selecting the upcoming episodes to occur in the Factory, I get the feeling that the upcoming episodes are really going to intense and exciting.
As I watched this episode, I got the feeling that this episode might end with the current Canaan dying at the end of the series, and Alphand taking up again the Canaan. Though it will be interesting to see how this series will end.

Manifest X - Day 3
After the dust had settled and the clean up done after Manifest going 24 hours, one could ponder how day 2 could be topped. Day 3 of Manifest started of slowly as it was a Sunday, but as the day wore on, the day got more exciting. If you are video game fan, Manifest day 3 provided some excitment in the form of a Street Fighter 4 tournment. If one wasn’t a fan of video games, the day still offered plenty to do such as attending panels, watching various anime, to buying items from the traders hall, to many other events, but the goal of Mainfest is to have fun.
As the cosplay competition is the highlight or main event of the day, the cosplay competition started with it being delayed slightly, but after the problem was fixed, the event proceeded without any major dramas. The highlight of the cosplay competition IMO (in my opinioun) was the Bleach group and the Pokemon Skit involving taking the mickey out of various politicians.
Overall, Manifest X was an enjoyable event, and despite Manifest having a venue change from last year, it seemed to run pretty smoothly and without any major dramas. Below is a picture of a Lupin cosplayer from The Castle of Cagliostro.
